How should I use connected Google accounts responsibly?

DocShare uses your authorized Google account to create and share personalized documents with the recipients you specify. Stay within Google's standard per-account daily limits and only share documents with recipients you have a legitimate relationship with.

How many documents per account per day are safe?

Google's official ceiling depends on your Workspace plan and account history. We recommend starting at 50 per day and ramping based on your account's standing.

Can I import contacts from a CSV or my CRM?

Yes. CSV import works out of the box. Growth and Agency plans get incoming webhook URLs you can plug into Clay, n8n, or Zapier flows for syncing contacts from your existing tools.

What happens if I hit my plan limit?
